Terms of Service
Last updated: April 3, 2026
1. About the service
Shave20 ("the Service") is a web application that helps delivery drivers manage their delivery routes. The Service is operated by Nikolaos Boutsioukis ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, all your data (lists, addresses, photos) will be permanently removed, except for financial records we are legally required to retain.
3. Subscription and pricing
The Service offers a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
After the trial, the subscription costs €1.00 per month, billed monthly. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Manage Subscription. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By starting your free trial and accessing the Service immediately, you acknowledge that:
- You request immediate access to the Service.
- You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided during the withdrawal period.
During the free trial, you may cancel at any time without charge. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us at support@shave20.com for a refund.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: managing delivery routes. You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
6. AI-powered features
The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to extract delivery addresses from photos of documents. AI extraction is provided as an assistance tool and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all extracted data before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results.
7. Handover feature
The handover feature allows you to share delivery addresses with colleagues via a one-time link. Once a link is claimed by another user, the addresses are transferred to their account and removed from yours. Unclaimed links expire after 48 hours, and the addresses are automatically restored to your list.
8. Data and content
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service (addresses, photos, notes). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
Delivery lists that have not been accessed for 30 days are automatically deleted. It is your responsibility to use the Service regularly if you wish to retain your data.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide the Service 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data, missed deliveries, or business interruptions caused by using the Service.
- Errors in AI-extracted addresses or navigation directions.
- Unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your Google account.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
